Goods of good quality and that do not fit for any reason (style, size, color) are subject to return and exchange within 2 days after receipt (within Ukraine), provided that
- no traces of use
- preservation of presentation and consumer properties
- the original and undamaged packaging and labels are present
Goods of inadequate quality are not subject to exchange and return.
-no tag;
-the presentation is not preserved;
-there is a smell of perfume or sweat.

If the returned goods are not subject to exchange and return, we will be forced to send them back at your expense.
- the cost of delivery when returning/exchanging goods is paid by the buyer.
- during the transaction of return to your card, the bank commission is deducted from the amount of the goods.
- If you received something other than what you ordered and you paid for the delivery, we will compensate you for it.
There is also no refund or exchange for orders that leave Ukraine.
The refund period is up to 14 banking business days from the date of receipt of your return.
The exchange order is sent after the new order is fully completed and the return is received from you, as well as checked for its presentation.

If your entire order is in stock, the wait takes 2-6 business days, but if the goods require tailoring, the parcel will take 7-30 business days.
Orders to other countries (except Russia and Belarus).
Parcels take 1-4 weeks to arrive, depending on the country.
